I've been in the market for a new carrying case to go with the new SZ, and I've narrowed it down to a messenger-style case or possibly a stylish backpack. My pricing is fairly flexible - I'll pay for it if the product is worth the price - and I am mainly interested in getting the biggest bang for my buck while looking professional.
I had been looking at the Timbuk2 messengers and the Booq Folee bags, but I am debating between getting one that is convenient for a 13.3" laptop or getting the large to ensure I have the room for the laptop and books for class, plus the extra space for travelling while on business. It's not such a big deal going with the large Timbuk2's since they are within $30 of each other, but Booq's 13" bag is $99 compared to $195 for the 15" and $215 for the 17"...
So, does anyone here own a Booq Folee bag or used one? Is it worth spending the extra $100-125 for the larger bags, or should I save my money and be content with the small and compact 13" case?
As far as backpacks go I've read the review here at NBR and some comments on the Burton White Collection backpack, which I may be interested in as well, but I'm more focused on a messenger since they seem to portray professionalism more so than a backpack. But I'm open to suggestons.
I've mainly been looking for messenger bags - the two listed above were the two that have caught my attention so far - but I would like some more input on them and any others you may suggest. And any photos or reviews from current owners of the Booqs would be greatly appreciated...I can hardly find anything on them here or online. Thanks guys.

If you have a budget for a $200-300, I'd suggest going for Tumi messenger bags. In my experience they are top notch in terms of quality, durability and they all have a very professional appearance. I currently own one and a Louis Vuitton messenger bag but am thinking of selling it and just sticking with the Tumi since it's more rugged and practical.

A Chrome Metropolis here. I use a Inspiron 1420 here and it's plenty big for almost all my books. I don't wear by bag like a manpurse though. The Chrome bags are made to wear more like a backpack, since they are bike messanger bags. Imagine wearing the Timbuk2 and trying to pedal. That thing will just flag around like a towel around your waist. If you prefer something that is not a manpurse, you should check it out.
Looking for a messenger bag, suggestions (booq, timbuk2, etc.)?
