I'm getting a new notebook so I figured I should probably get a nice new mouse to go with it.
I'm not really sure what to get.. The logitech VX Nano Cordless looks nice, but I'm thinking it might be worth it to get a USB mouse to save a USB slot (new notebook has 3). I've also looked at the G7 but I don't really want to be spending over $100 on a mouse if I can help it.
Is there any real advantages for Bluetooth over USB? Other then saving a USB slot?
I will be using it for some gaming, and while I realize that corded mice are better.. if I wanted extra cords and didn't carry my computer around with me a lot, I would have gone with a desktop.
My current mouse is an older 3 button Logitech 2.4Ghz wireless mouse and it has served me well, I didn't find it slow at all but I also never played any first person shooters online with it.
So basically.. I'm looking for wireless mouse options.

If you have bluetooth, get a Microsoft bluetooth notebook mouse 3000, it's excellent.
