Hey all, I'm looking to buy a pretty big capacity SDHC card in the next few days for a new camera (I'd say around 16 or 32gb). I was wondering what brands are considered the most reliable these days. The top reviewed brands at Newegg seem to be Transcend and Kingston. I've had good experiences with Sandisk Ultra II as well, as all memory cards I own are from them.

So with all that, can anyone recommend a good brand for a reliable and fast-writing class 6 SDHC? Thanks for the opinions

I use Sandisk, but would take anything that come with a better price and carry a spare just in case.

    Reliability is relative.

    cheers ...

i would stay away from (not that well known) companies like adata.. sandisk and kingston seems fine..... (well, my kingston 2GB SD is beginning to fail after 4 years, but still...)

Thanks for the list of bargains for my SDHC purchase...my wallet greatly appreciates it! I think I'll go with Sandisk after all since my three previous Sandisk cards have been going for years without problems yet. Thanks for the input!
