I want to get the best and most capacity 3.5" drive for my price range. I dont really want to spend over 100 dollars. Im looking at 250 and 320 gb internal desktop hard drives and plan on turning it into an external usb/firewire drive. The best deal so far is the one ive found on circuitcity.com for the Western Digital Cavier SE 320 gb for a total of 79.99 USD after rebates. If anyone knows of any deals better than this, please point them out to me, also, could someone link me to a nice firewire/usb external enclosure for a price under 30 dollars? thanks.

is it worth getting an enclosure that can use both firewire and usb 2.0...My e1505 has 4 USB ports and 1 firewire. Will i notice much of a difference?

I think firewire is supposed to be faster since it is used in real time video capture for digital camcorders. You can't do that with USB.
