I'm looking for something like this:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LRYUJQS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Except takes in USB type C and gives out several of the old type of USB

Basically because tablets like this one
    http://www.toshiba.eu/laptops/product-filter/?sFamily=portege-z&sSeries=portege-z20t-c
in the tablet portion just have USB type C as opposed to the old full sized USB

What's my best bet? By low profile, notice how this doesn't have any wires so it doesn't dangle. You could pick a tablet with it inside and shake the tablet, and it wouldn't come out since there's no wire
