I spent the last hour looking at cooling pads and I can't for the life of me decide on one! I checked newegg mostly and read a great deal of reviews too.

My budget is 50$< and the cooling pad must be lap-friendly.

    Any ideas/links?

    Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for the suggestion, but after watching:

Cooler Master Notepal U3 Laptop Cooler Review - YouTube

I don't think it would work well if I gamed on my lap. It's more of a desk/table cooling pad and not really lap-friendly :p

    Any other ideas/suggestions?

    Edit:
    I've been eyeing this one:

Is a -10c reduction on a full load (gaming) good for a laptop cooler?

If so, I may grab this one, since 15.6" gaming laptops seem to be a perfect fit, so the M14X won't be far off.

I would still go for the U3, I would also buy a plank that can serve as a table for you to use in your lap, giving you thus mouse area

the Logitech Speaker Lapdesk N700, i believe is the most comfortable if are going to use it on your lap, it has a pillow like buttom and extra feature like a speaker. it got some good reviews from best buy.
but i would check what the reviews say about cooling quality first.
