I purchased an MMO 7 Cyborg mouse awhile ago and it seemed to work great, but since I upgraded to windows 8 the mouse seems to move on its own on the screen even when the mouse itself isnt moving. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so what steps did they take to resolve it. If I unplug the mouse and plug it back in it resolves the problem for a short while until it starts happening again.

It is a hardware, not a software issue. The Philips twin-eye sensor is very sensitive to vibrations and will drift around a bit.
