    i dont think its going to replace laser mouses. it does look pretty cool to use as a notebook mouse tho. i guess you can stare at the laser without damaging your eyes :D

    i mean why cant the regular laser mouse use an IR LED instead of a red/blue LED?

    they call it 3G IR sensor...it has precision & high speed tracking of Optical mouse and Surface compatibility of Laser.
