As all of you know, it is impossible to assign several tasks in WoW
to a single button push, however Microsoft release mouse called Sidewinder
and it has capability to relegate sequence of buttons to a single click.

Is it possible to use it in wow to cast a macro with a single click?
Are there any other mice that can do this can Deathadder do this?

Yes, but you have to click alot of times, on the same icon,
WoW doesn't let you to perform multiple actions with a single click.

Essentially, a macro is a list of spells under 1 icon. So When you click on that icon the 1st spell on the list is cast, then you have to click again in order for the 2nd spell in the sequence to be cast, and so forth.

WoW doesn't let people to just make 1 click and let the game cast several spells on itself, I think, it has something to do with preventing bots.

There's quite a few mice out there with full macro support: Razers, Ikari's, Logitech G9's, Saitek Cyborgs, etc... Is the MS Sidewinder's macro support different in any significant way?

you can do it with keys on a keyboard many keyboards (well more than one) have prgrammable macro keys that you can assign numerous key strokes to.

not that i am aware of.....it has programmable buttons like most other gaming mice...plus customizable weights but i can see that as any great hack on the system.

Many new gaming mouses allow you to program macros for the mouse buttons. There are many gaming keyboards that give 20+ macro keys.

Macro's don't make a difference in WoW, rolling a rogue/druid is all that gives one an advantage.

I kno, but every time I play a rogue, I don't feel like playing, I just feel like discussing chuck norris in barrence chat, LOL!
Rouge was actually my 1st Character of WoW, and my impression is that you can kill people in 1v1 duel if you blow all your cooledowns but for group PvP they sucked, cos no ranged attacks, so that's y I choose a person with range attacks and I don't like druids cos their like do all their animal stuffs, I'm not into that.

And I don't have any special keyboard, I just ordered some entry level logitech with my Cyberpower. The whole point of macros for me so I can play just with my mouse and never having to touch keyboard.

Also I have question: if you program your mouse like Deathadder, to click buttons 1,2,3,4 is it going to take pause between clicks? Cos WoW has 1.5 sec GCD b4 u can cast another spell.
