I was going to store one of my batteries since I want to just use my 6 cell for daily use. Is there a consensus regarding storage of batteries? Do I completely discharge it and store it in a cool dry place? Do I completely charge it and then store? Do I charge it halfway and then store? How long can I store it before I SHOULD charge it again?

I was just looking for guidance. I am sure others have wondered about this.

Discharge to about 40% and store in a cool place.
