I am looking at the Owltech KB108MT mechanical keyboard.
I tried it out today and preffered it over the filco in regards to keysize and feel.
I was wondoring after doing a search here on NBR if anyone has ever owned a Owltech. I believe its based here in Japan but still nonetheless I am a n-0-0-b when it comes to mechanical keyboards. Actually only discovered it today and already determined on buying one.

I do not know anything about Owltech but if you want a mechanical keyboard buy a Unicomp one I believe they will ship to Canada. They bought the tooling from IBM who was famous for its model m "clicky" keyboards.
I have one and its fantastic. Typing on a regular keyboard now feels really unpleasent and mushy. Its about $70 for a standard keyboard, but they are very high quality made in the USA.

I think the Happy hacking pro keyboard comes in Japanese. I am not completely sure that its mechancial though but from around $250 USD its got to be good.
