This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I am looking for a devise to hold all of my music so I do not always have to connect and disconnect my computer to my speakers and fill the hard disk. I am looking for something that

    runs of AC power

    small (6 inch screen max)

    320GB storage

    Just used for music playback (WMA lossless right now)

    Better audio quality than a mp3 player

    no proprietary software for putting on media

    has or can use a remote

    Has a stand or a way to hold itself up.

    Pretty much an Archos sums it up but cheaper and meant for a desk
