    Hi there, i'm looking for a nice stylish messenger bag to go along with my Vaio SR and Vaio Z (only carry one around at a time lol). I also need the bag to be able to carry at least 1 large textbook with it. I've come across this. http://www.caselogic.com/canvas_messenger_bag/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=96836
    and it doesn't seem too expensive ($25 shipped from dell) anyone have any other recommendations? I'm willing to go up to $75. Thank you

    Some tips: I don't like obscene amounts of pockets (just wasted space really) and nothing incredibly flashy, just plain and simple yet sleek. (kind of what i posted above)

    Also: any reviews on the aforementioned bag would be appreciated.

    Wow those are kind of expensive... even on ebags... anything else a bit cheaper? I do like some of the styles though, and i'm not concerned about waterproofing... but then again it is a plus.

    i do have the canvass case logic and its sleeves.... they're really great...
    but i find the speck more lighter than case logic's canvass bags :)

    Which canvas one do you have from them? the 15.4" one are the size down. Cause i realize the one in my original post barely has room to hold a book.

    I have, and am a huge fan of, the TMC Small Alley Shoulder Bag - great for carrying around my 13.3" MPB and is a very reasonable price. It's waterproof, and has enough room to carry a few books (I'm a grad student; this was critical for me) and a few notebook accessories.
