For smaller hands, just about any decent notebook mouse should do.

I'd suggest going to B&M stores like Best Buy, Office Depot/OfficeMax and trying out the demo mice to see what feels best in your hand. They sometimes have clearance deals on notebook mice as well (I've seen a lot of Microsoft notebook mice for $10-20 that were $40-50) so you might get a good deal that way too.

Logitech Anywhere MX on special can be had at that budget. Best portable mouse I've used so far.

Yep, I got it on sale for $35. It's built extremely well, with no sign of wear even with daily use for over a year. Battery life isn't nearly as good as claimed, though.

MidnightSun, what is your usage and battery life with your MX?

Battery life on the Logitech AnywhereMX is about 1-3 months.

I used to own one, and returned it after about 2 weeks of use. You make too many tradeoffs for the Darkfield imaging sensor feature (which is honestly a feature that I almost never used).

Instead, I went with a Logitech M705 Marathon mouse. Slightly larger shape that fits my hand better, and batteries that last forever (3 years). Those two very practical benefits of the M705 Marathon Mouse far outweigh the marginally beneficial Darkfield imaging sensor on the AnywhereMX.

Judging from the content of his post, I'd say he's referring to the significantly decreased battery life and less comfortable shape, and perhaps the price premium.

I have the Abyssus, it's really nice! It's way better than my brothers $9 Logitech mouse.

I would recommend the cooler master sentinel advance gaming mouse

    it is around your budget

5600 dpi, doesnt feel cheap, uses both optical and twin lasers to sense

    great customization program included

I like this one in light orchid pink. But it looks not that small. I also want a small one. It is cheap. Great, I will consider it.
