I recently purchased a brand new laptop from dell and apparently it won't ship until October (bummer). Anyway, I was curious what would be a good mouse to purchase to go along with the laptop? I plan on playing games with it, but I also will be mobile as well. Are there good wireless mouses out there? Or am I suck getting a wired one? Also, I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it either, meaning I'd preferably not want to pay over $50-60.

Get the VX revo, it is absolutely amazing. It is pushing your budget, you can usually find a decent deal on it. But it is worth every penny and more.

I'll second the vx revolution. You can get it at $50+s&h with mail in rebate from newegg. (vx revo nano is smaller and has a smaller adapter/dongle but may cost more)
Some cheaper alternatives include the logitech v200(usb rf wireless) and v270(bluetooth wireless) which you can prolly get for $20-35 each.

I personally like my $10 kensington pocket mouse, except it's starting to fall apart after over 2 years of use.

edit- and yes, they are all logitech mouses
