    Do Micro M2 -> (Micro/Mini)SD Adapters they exist and if so, where can I get one?

    Haven't seen any of those, but there are Micro M2 -> Memory Stick Duo adapters and Micro M2 -> USB adapters.

    No there isn't a Micro M2 to SD adapter and I don't think you should expect to see one anywhere. Micro M2 is the Sony equivalent to the MicroSD card so it would be a cross competition adapter. The only adapter the Micro M2 would have would be for the Duo or usb like jin07 said.
