    Sweet I just per-ordered one. Now I won't have to cart my laptop over to the TV and plug in the HDMI cable . Plus My Samsung S5 will work with it . Thanks for posting this .

    So if this is a receiver that plugs into the TV, what about the sending side? Given how this is a Microsoft product, I'm expecting that it's going to work with any Windows device - desktop or laptop - even one from 10 years ago, so long as it's running a supported version of Windows?

    Anything that requires Windows 8 gets tossed out the Windows for me :D
