    Hi

I just got a Micrososft wired keyboard RT2300.

It has a ps2 port and I bought a USB adaptor so it can connect to my laptop but it has not work yet. I am using win8.

The keyboard is connected and only the num lock button appears to work(the ligths work).

However the caps lock does not light and the other keys does not respond.

    Any help would be great.

    cheers

    Arnaud.

I have a similar Microsoft keyboard and it won't work with PS/2 > USB adapter.

Lack of power seems to be the case here, but I'm not sure about that since you're getting the notification lights, mine didn't.
