    Mobil Surge Protector

    Hi,

    I'm so excited and happy since I just received my FE590. Then it occurred to me, do I need a mobil surge protector for my power supply. I always used one with my old laptop, and never got spiked. It was APC model PNotePro. I looked in Best Buy and they don't even carry them. Are they obsolete now or should I still try to get one. Also, is it worth the extra ?? ounces to carry around along with the power supply? Thanks for any advice. :p

    I would suggest that yes you do use a mobile or even just a small surge protector as you invested a lot of money into your laptop. You can find mobile ones from places like amazon.com and I believe you can order direct from belkin and some of the other manufacturers.
