Hey guys, I'm looking for a mobile keyboard. I know that sounds oxymoronic, but I'm looking for something thin and small, like the current Mac desktop keyboards. I have no budget, but cheaper is always better. Thanks!

There is an assortment of collapsible keyboards but they are like a slightly over sized 10in laptop keyboard.

I think Pitabred is on the right track!

I was looking for an external keyboard to use at school and stuff since, although I love the G72GX keyboard, it is a pain to type on for a couple hours on end.

I ended up getting the wired Mini Apply keyboard...just cheaper than the wireless version but in all honesty, its the best keyboard for what you need OP. Its small, hella thin, and pretty strong over all. I looked for weeks and the Apple is the best Ive found!

Does the Apple keyboard work with Windows? And also, is there something that just has a few keys? Because all I really need is WASD, spacebar, and a few other keys.

These are pretty sick. I always wanted one. Not sure if it's what your looking for, but they will turn heads when you use one that's for sure. :)

Oh yeah, keyboard totally works...I just know that some of the keys like the F13-F19 keys dont do anything, and some of the other keys arent there, like the Insert key and what not.

Besides that, all the number, letter, space, Windows, and numeric pad keys work fine!

The Saitek looks fancy, what's the two black rectangles on the bottom half do? Are they touchpads? And I don't like the bottom row of buttons, the programmable space bar is nowhere near where a space bar is on a keyboard. Other than that it looks awesome.

And the Frog pad is wayyy too expensive!

You get to go research the Saitek. I just know it exists... I have never used or even seen one other than maybe walking by one in a store one time ;)

I had the apple bluetooth model for a while but didnt like the chiclet keys. Í recently got a Microsoft Mobile Keyboard 6000, but I'm not entirely happy with the key feel of that either.

Just looking at that froggie pad confuses the hell out of me, I think by looking at it I can grab the jist of it but I couldn't imagine being able to type too fast on it.

Never used it so can't vouch for how good it is, but having seen it in person at Best Buy, the Microsoft Arc keyboard is pretty small and portable.

I deplore Apple keyboards as well their mouses. Still, it's a matter of preference, and to each his own I suppose.

However, if I was looking for comfort, portable would not be in the description. Portable just means convenient, so I wouldn't think of them as anything other than that.
