    Hello,

I am looking for a stand/docking station combination for my lenovo T440s that can also support an external monitor. I have seen the docking stations that lenovo provides however they don't have support for an external monitor.

I am looking for a stand like the one illustrated here:

or the first image on this page:

    Can anyone recommend something?
    Thanks

Docking station that I have at home, for my T450s, supports five external monitors ;)

Just add as many monitor stands you need to lift multiple displays to unergonomic heights.
DIY one from IKEA parts should work as well. It definitely does not have to be made by Lenovo but if you insist, one exists...

Probably need to make a hole in the desk first to get monitor low enough... :p

@KLF does your laptop actually have the electronics to drive that many ports? Or will it top out at 3 and simply refuse to drive more?

It depends on capability of the graphics card. Intel HD5500 in my T450s might support max 3 displays (I haven't tried more) but if same dock is connected to for example a P50 with a Quadro it might very well drive all the monitors at once.
