I am on a tight budget as i am only a student so i narrowed down the list to this:

Asus VX239H 23″ WLED IPS Monitor | DynaQuest PC
    http://dynaquestpc.com/product/samsung-s22d390hl-21-5-wled-monitor-w-blue-toc/
    http://dynaquestpc.com/product/benq-24-inch-wide-led-monitor-gw2450/
    http://dynaquestpc.com/product/samsung-23-inch-led-monitor-s23c20kbs/
Samsung S24D390HL 23.6″ WLED Monitor w/ Blue ToC | DynaQuest PC

i could probably get the last one but will have to abstain from eating for a day or two as it is above my budget :D. Its kinda expensive if you convert it to usd because its the Philippines ROFL. I can always order at amazon and have it shipped here but i really need it ASAP. Would love to get feedback/advice from people who know a thing or two about monitors. I had my eyes set on the benq but it has no hdmi.

The Asus or benq, one is IPS and the other is VA panel.

The benq don't have hdmi though

Always go big for the same price.~~

Do not get the VX239H.. It is very wonky.. Look at the Asus MX239H if you can.. Much better looking/designed and has better speakers.
