I just bought an LG 2486L from newegg and a LX Dual Arm Mount from ergotronics and unfortunately the monitor does not have VESA mounting (and no monitor refunds from newegg).

I was wondering if there was an alternative way of mounting such a monitor, and in the case where I can sell it to a friend, recommendations for a good 24" monitor under 300$ that is VESA compatible.

    Thanks!
