I'm trying to find or think of what I can use as a mouse case, or buy one. I have a g700 and leave school to go back home next thursday for thanksgiving break. However, I don't want to just throw the mouse into my backpack. My orochi that I "had" used razers case but it's too tiny for this beast....

what to use.. what to do? Can't find one or anything. All searches are for tiny micro/traveling mice size. Like a v505 or orochi size.

I'm planning on getting this bag right now Case Logic-amazon but trying to find something to use as a mouse case for like $8 to fulfill that free shipping cost ;)

    help me out >.<

    My mouse case:

My old 2007 DeathAdder survived daily trips in my backpack in a sock for years...you probably won't have to buy a new one just for your mouse, and it does a good job of protecting it.

Which doesn't help the OP at all because he has a G700.

LOL. I never thought about using a sock. Have plenty of old dress ones that I never got around to throwing away after buying new ones. Great idea.

Why don't you use a small lunchbox. I've seen people use one in my class for their adapters (the cord tends to come lose after a while if you take your laptop with you everyday), so it should work for mice aswell ^^

My current laptop bag has a lot of small compartments/pockets to store loose little accessories like power adapters, mice, headphones, other random accessories, etc. I put my mouse in one of those.

Otherwise, go with Mastershroom's advice. Use an old sock.

Spending $8 on a "case" for your mouse is a wasted $8.

hahaha thanks guys, yeah I guess an extra sock will work too :D Thanks shroom

Title is misleading I'm sorry lol

a mouse case, really? Yup. :) and yes, a case for my laptop that is cased then cased again. That case I bought last night from the first post; my laptop is going to go into the sleeve case I have, then slipped in with my CMu2 laptop cooler on the bottom all into that case I got. Also with my giant ocz mouse pad on top and 2 wrist rests on top of the laptop. That bag is going to be packed tight.

    Sounds good to me

    Death Adder - by Razer.

...because it's about the only thing out there, as far as quality left-handed mice go.

I do wish that some of their other builds came with the left-handed option...

thanks for your opinon, but mouse "case" lol. I think the sock idea will do, I don't feel like paying more for a case. Unless if it was a gift

I didn't use one. Just throw it into one of my Asus backpack compartment when I'm in move. ;)
