I have seen some posts up for specific mice, but none of them really answered my question on whether to go with a wired, wireless or bluetooth mouse. Gaming is important for me, so I'm assuming wired would be the most reliable. But, for taking the mouse with me wireless would be nicer, and bluetooth sounds the most convenient. So I was wondering your opinion on which is best, and some suggestions for high quality mice would be nice. Thanks!

Well, ultimately it's a matter of personal preference. I recently bought the Logitech G7, and I'm still unsure if it will be the right mouse for me. My plan is to try it out, and if I don't like it, I'll send it back. I used super saver shipping, which is free, so I can't lose much money. The G7 is a wireless mouse which uses a USB dongle. I'd prefer bluetooth, but the Logitech mouse which uses bluetooth is rather expensive. If you're willing to spend upward of $100 on a mouse, you might want to look for the Logitech mx900 (I think that's what it's called).

Anyway, you'll definitely want a wired mouse for extensive gaming (because it'll be more reliable, and it will have a longer life). The Microsoft/Razer Habu looks like a great mouse, along with the Razer Deathadder. It depends on what you're looking for. Check them both out. Try www.tigerdirect.com and www.amazon.com
