Its awesome, my god the smooth feeling is insane. This mouse pad didn't win a ton of awards for nothing. Also this thing is so big you can wrap your lunch inside!! Take a look:

Yep, SteelSeries makes some fantastic mousing surfaces. Personally, though, I'm using a Razer eXactMat with eXactRest memory foam wrist pad, it's very nice. Although half of it's kinda wasted on me I suppose; I never use the rough Control side, just the ultra smooth Speed side. :p

I have the QcK Mini which I use with my lappy. I also I have a QcK+ for my 'basic' desktop and the fantastic SX surface for my gaming desktop.

SteelSeries ftw. And their mice are great, too. I use the Ikari Laser with my gaming rig. They are releasing a new mouse called the Xai at the end of the month which I'm interested in reviews of.

Yes, I've been hearing a lot of commotion about the SteelSeries Xai. I'm interested in seeing those reviews as well. It looks like a fun little mouse.

Yeah, the Exactmat looked great. But to me for the price of this mouse pad, it was hard to complain. I honestly would have been willing to pay double for this mat now after using it today.

Hm, lots of QCK guys :) I looked at the Xai and it looks appealing but i have already decided either this month or next month i'm going with the Razer Orochi. The Xai looks great though, Steel Series really give its products thorough testing.

Steel Series QCK Mini both at home n on my laptop, for what it costs its a really nice pad, and it doesn't wear down my mice as solid surface pads.

Wow, never even really thought about buying a decent mouse pad! Im still using my old faithful blue tattered mouse pad from about 6 years ago?! lol. It goes everywhere with me, but is definetly starting to show its age. Might be time for an upgrade. I read above that this mousepad you mention comes in a smaller size? Anyone kind enough to maybe post a pic of how big the pad actually is?

Thanks for that guys. I might go grab one of these this weekend. Out of interest, why would you want the large one? Seems like overkill to me!

Well some people play/use low dpi setting, so they would need larger mousepad then someone with a higher dpi, this comes down to personal preference, to me the small one is more than enough.

I prefer a large mouse pad because I game with low sensitivity (note: sensitivity is not the same as DPI).

i have the heavy and the mini and used the mini for my laptop but i gave the mini to a friend

i use a kabuto mousepad from razer now, its a lot smoother than the QCK actually lol. and its very thin to keep it inside my laptop to help clean and protect my screen. multifunctions ftw

I might give a shot next time i change pads, but the QCK at $7 its almost 3 times cheaper and i feel it does the job fine, but i might try it next year.

DING DING DING DING DING! We have two winners, this is why i have an overszed mouse mat :).

Plus with the way i game, i game on my TV so i have to turn 90 degrees. So i need a big pad because i am not facing the computer so i cant see if i run off the pad.

What do you mean by death? You mean in a good way? :p

Yes, this mousepad is awesome. I would actually say this is the best $10 investment i ever made, lol. I mean EVER. This mousepad feels like its from $30-$50 im sure all owners agree as seen in this post.
