Hey all I have got a NAS SATA Caddy - Storage Pluscom Lan RDC3282 today.

It works but it says the Hard disc is not formatted. Yet it is and working on USB. I am guessing its because its NTFS.

I have a copy of Paragon Partition Manager has anyone used it before to convert to FAT32 without data loss?

I have some files over 4gb but nothing I need to keep, I don't want to format it otherwise I will have to backup 800gb across network which I don't fancy doing as its already on the drive

Unfortunately that's not going to happen. You'll need to back up the data.
