(12CM Evercool Aluminum fans @80CFM I will add 2 of these in replacement of stock fans)

So I have decided to get this notebook cooler as my ASUS M51SN is overheating badly. I upgraded the CPU to a T8300 @2.4Ghz and I have had nothing but problems with it overheating, I will be adding copper ramsinks to help keep my cpu/gpu cool. Now I read in this forum people were able to get their Cryo LX fans at MAX settings by plugging in a 12V DC adapter however making there usb ports useless in the process. If I am running 2 12CM fans what kind of adapter will I need? what is the mathematics behind selecting the right MA for the adapter?. I know I require a dc adapter thats rated at 3-12v and that has to be 1.3mm tip and thats at least 3 or 3.4mm in length. (I-adapter)
