Hey, so I'm shopping around for a cooler for my Sager NP8662 and from browsing the forums, these sound to be the best choices. I bought a cheap cooler a while ago and it didn't do squat for my temperatures so I guess I'll actually have to dig up some money for one of these.
The Zalman NC2000 sounds like (no pun intended) the quieter one from what I've read and apparently "looks nice".
The Cryo LX doubles as a USB hub which actually matters for me with all the external hard drives I have hooked up.
They do apparently a similar job at cooling so can anyone convince me one way or another? They're priced pretty closely too.

Well the Cryo LX is full size laptop that folds, but it's also a bit more expensive of the two. This is the one I was considering purchasing, but at the moment, I'm still not totally convinced my system will actually benefit from it.
Since the HDX isn't sold as a gaming laptop, I prefer to wait until I tax my system rendering video and see how hot it gets first. Then if heat becomes an issue, I'll invest in that one.
I included a links to both units in case anyone needs to check them out.
