I just bought the FATAL1TY mouse and connected it to my Vista laptop. The lights on the mouse worked but the cursor doesn't move and the buttons don't work. I tried it on a windows XP computer and it worked fine. I installed the PC software but the mouse still won't work. In device manager, it identifies it as an unknown device and gives me this information in the general tab:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance.

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."

When I try to reinstall the driver, it tells me that the driver was found but encountered a problem.

I also tried uninstalling the driver but it wouldn't work.
I checked the creative support page but could not find any driver updates.
If you can please give me a link to a driver update it would really help me.
I would appreciate any information that you can give me, thank you.
