    Hey guys,
I've gt my new Dell inspiron B130 with a 14.1" widescreen and I'm looking for a new backpack for school. I am currently only in High School and I want Something that I can easily store in my 1'5" locker. All I'll need some room for is my Notebook and Cell Phone and Pocket PC. And Good cable Storage. And still more storage for all my books. Thanks :D Oh P.S. I want to spend about $25 to $35

Well, maybe if you would read the 200 threads that are already created concerning backpacks with peoples' recommendations and reviews you would be able to find some information instead of starting another thread about the same thing.

A quick review of "laptop backpacks" on retailers' sites shows that most of the packs in your price range come in under 14 inches wide...which ought to fit into your 17-inch locker as long as you don't overstuff the bag. Luckily for you, that means your options are wide open. One that seems promising is the Jansport Java, for instance.

There are even a few bags for sale that are specifically designed for hanging in lockers, with boxy shapes and easy-access zippers. I was able to locate several on a retailer's site by searching for "locker laptop backpack."

I'm not sure how many high-schoolers frequent this board, so you may not be able to get many first-hand accounts of how those locker backpacks perform in the real world, but you may want to start with brands others recommend in threads like this one to get your search started. It's the thread which is currently stickied at the top of the 'accessorries' subforum. You can subsequently post your question on a MySpace (or similar) site for child-oriented reviews of specific products.

    You have a PM.
