So my Razer backpack's main compartment is too small to fit my P775DM3 :(
I need a bag with the following requirements as I travel a lot for work:
    NEEDS
    -Checkpoint friendly
    -Water resistant
-Huge main compartment for P775DM3 and good sized secondary compartments capable of holding 2-4 days of spare clothes + tablet and smaller laptop
-It's got to be comfortable enough to shoulder around 30lbs of gear for a good 3 miles. So lots of padding esp on load bearing areas
    WANTS
    -Molle or PALLS loops
    -Velcro for badges
-Straps that connect in the middle
My budget is around $200 but unless it literally is everything I want I'm only really willing to spend around $150
    Thanks!

The kitchen sink only holds up to a 15" laptop. The Titan would work. But I'd like some more options

The side access is limited to 15" , the Oakley site states "most 17" backpacks". I'm looking to replace my Targus Drifter 2 because its falling apart after a year and I need something more durable.
