Pretty much the title. I have a Compal IFL90 and had the original adaptor (Lite-On PA 1900 24; 19V / 4.74A) for about 2.5 years until it started giving me the Beep of Doom. I got a generic charger (don't remember the name), the first of which broke and the second of which has been incredibly flaky. Now that charger too is out of commision so for now I'm borrowing my mom's adaptor, which is luckily a Toshiba 19V / 3.95A with the same pin type (~5mm outer/ ~2.5mm inner). What's a good name brand adaptor and where can I get it?

    tl;dr: Need new good adaptor.

    Thanks!

I have had great luck with FSP (Fortron) brand adapters. FSP is a PSU OEM and they know what they are doing.

Thermaltake has a pretty nice 60W adapter. Also Kensington seem to have pretty great power adaptors. Stay away from Trust.

As for 60W.. your original adapter was a 90W, so you should rather get a 90W or higher.

Where you can get it? I'd look newegg or amazon
