I have a little "office" that revolves around my Dell laptop. It is a huge pain every day to plug in four or five things after I get back from school or somewhere else.

I need a printer that will connect without any hitch (I'm leaning towards wireless here) and doesn't require me to buy ink every 200 or so pages (which is what I'm used to with those cheap printers). An all-in-one would be ideal but I can forgo that for the time being if the printer alone is significantly cheaper.

For brands, I like HP (since they were king the last time I bought a printer), but any reliable brand is fine.

Buy those $30 laser printer with bundled 1500-2000 page toners. Treat them as single use printer. Once you're done using the bundled toners, throw the laser printer away/recycle them and buy anohter $30 laser printer.

Price per age is below 2cents per page excluding the cost of the paper.
