im looking for a backpack for the Sager NP8760 as the current backpack i use will not cut it. Comfortable shoulder straps are a must. the laptop itself has these dimensions 16.25" (w) x 11" (d) x 1.69" ~ 2.25" (h). i was originally going to order the Mobile edge Alienware Orion backpack for the M17x, but as i am no longer getting the M17x, i wont be ordering that one due to the little alien head on the back. I've looked into a couple such as the Targus XL, but it looks a little too cheaply made.

I'll be using the backpack to carry around the laptop, power brick, mouse, mouse pad, and an 3.5" external hard drive or 2.

I can't tell you for a couple of weeks how well it will fit (see my sig), but I am using a Swiss Gear Pegasus laptop backpack. My Asus G1 fits with plenty of room though it's a 15.4" laptop. The pack is made to hold a 17". I am very happy with it, very comfortable on my back, the straps are thickly padded. My Asus G1 came with a backpack that seemed nice but it doesn't even compare to the Swiss Gear Pegasus. The Asus pack would quickly hurt my shoulders, were as the Swiss gear doesn't bother me even after extended periods of time.

Well I finally got my laptop. Tried it in my backpack, and have to say it’s a pretty tight fit. You have to be careful when pulling the zipper across the edges of the laptop. I would recommend that you take your laptop to best buy or one of the big office supply chains and see what fits and what you may like.
Me since I already have something I like a lot and it works, will stay with my current setup. Also these machines come with a messenger bag that is not to bad. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it works.

By the way this laptop is a beast! I am loving mine so far.

At this time there is no good way to overclock. I have been keeping an eye on somebody coming up with some overclock software, but nothing is happening.

Hopefully you will get your box soon. I am enjoying mine. I have been using my Asus G1 as my sole computer the past 3 years and thought it was reasonably fast, but this i7 920 is insane fast. Things are virtually instant. Also I have a cpu gadget that show what the cores are doing and they are barely even moving yet stuff happens so fast. Soon I will start loading some real software to see what this thing can do.
