I'm new to the world of TV Tuners, I used to have an old PCI one for my PC that I hooked up my old PS2 using the RCA inputs.

I'd like to do that again on my laptop, so I need a TV Tuner that has RCA inputs.

Here's a summary of my criteria:
    1. Vista compatible
    2. RCA Inputs to connect Playstation2
    3. Low lag since i want to play videogames

I don't care about over the air HD etc. However, it would be nice if it had a internal analog antenna so I can watch some regular over the air TV.

Avermedia USB Volar Max has no lag playing video games. Same with the Avermedia Nano Expresscard (you'll need a 54 expresscard slot to use it although many complaints about the card is the fragile RF cable).

Don't buy Kworld PlusTV. Horrible product with no updates.
