Check out the Razer DeathAdder. It's $45 on Amazon here in the US, $60 from Razer's own online store, so it should be within your budget.

I've also heard good things about Roccat mice, which aren't very widely available here but are apparently all the rage in Europe.

Deathadder, it's a sick mouse for it's price. A lot of professional starcraft gamers use it too. for headset, I think senheisers are good... its clear... but it's over your budget. I got my Senheisser HD 555 for like 100 and it was a year or 2 ago.. might've dropped.

I don't know about the availability of Plantronics in Europe, but their GameCom 377 headset is one of the best stereo gaming headsets out there, and pretty inexpensive. There's also the GameCom 777, a 7.1 virtual surround version of the same headset.

Logitech G400, cheaper than deathadder, better than deathadder. Get a gaming surface to go along with it, id recommend a steelseries QCK for soft mousemat.

Razer Naga is a very good choice. It is comfortable and looks cool.
