    Hello everyone,

I came across the Kensington deals. Very good price imo. Anyway, long story short, I need to decide fast so I can make a purchase soon in order for it to reach my friend in Berkeley by end of the month.

I am thinking of either these models :

    Kensington Contour Traveler Notebook Backpack
    http://us.kensington.com/html/11662.html

    Kensington Contour Terrain Notebook Backpack
    http://us.kensington.com/html/11850.html

I will be carrying a 15.4 laptop, a 1 litre water bottle, 2-3 textbooks at least and some folders, power brick and some accessories..

I am not sure if the above bags can fit my requirements...I am worried the bag might turn out to be smaller than I expect.

Also, which would you choose and why? I tried looking up some reviews but I cant judge for myself if I should take the plunge on either.

Thanks and have a nice day :)

By straight calculation, the Traveler will give you more internal volume, 1.13 cu ft vs .9 cu ft of the terrain.

Go with the traveler, it has zippers, which is much more secure than a strap.

I agree, Zippers are much better than a Strap. For the security and ease of opening (in my opinion).

looks like everyone says go for the traveler backpack..only concern is it capacity...and yea i have to agree the zippers are way better....ok, would try to PM the person who wrote the review for this bag and ask him whats the max storage...and after that i think i would just buy it..thanks for all the opinions

I've been looking at the Kensington Traveler backpack too and I've found some reviews on Amazon that is simply alarming. Makes me really weary about getting it. Check it out HERE
