    Hi,

I've been looking around for a hard drive that I can plug into my router and store music / video on it so I can stream these to my notebook whereever I am in the house. Now I've done some research and came across this 1:

    LaCie Ethernet Disk mini
    http://www.lacie.com/ie/products/product.htm?pid=10843

Is it anything good for it's price? Or is there something better? price range 150-250€.

I searched for those awhile back too and that is the only one I saw that got even remotely decent reviews for a consumer grade one.
Until you get into the pro, expensive models (i.e. >$1000), thats probably the best you can do.
I did read, however, that the ethernet data transfer performance was lackluster.

You got a link to that review?

Also can the drive handle more than one connection? Like when someone is copying documents does the rest have to wait before able to access the drive or can it handle more than one transaction?
