    Folks,

    Does anyone know when the new MS BT Notebook Mouse 5000 is scheduled to be released? None of the online stores carry it and Amazon says it's still not released. I cannot seem to find a release date anywhere.

    Would appreciate any info. Would also appreciate links to any reviews.

    Thanks, I tried that earlier. But none of the places have it stock and Amazon says it's still not released.

    Is there any way to find out the release date for this mouse?

    I preordered (well not quite) from Amazon today and this is the message for the ship info: Estimated ship date for this item: December 6, 2007.

    Yeah, I preordered it too today. But I don't think Amazon's estimate is an accurate one. If they knew for sure, they usually have the release date listed on the product description page. With the mouse, there's no such listing.

    Even the Microsoft website does not give a release date. It would help if somebody did.

    I'm so waiting for this to come to stores in my country. Although it is currently available on Amazon, shipping to Singapore costs as much as the mouse itself.
    While I still love my Laser Mouse 6000, I yearn for a smaller, more portable mouse, with the same feel.
