    Hey guys,

I've been using my XPS m1530 with the packaged Dell XPS sleeve for a little over 2 years now and my Dell XPS sleeve is giving into wear-and-tear as of late. I'm looking to purchase a new sleeve for my notebook.

So far, I have these few options, but have to clarify some information regarding each. I would also appreciate it if anyone (specially XPS m1530 owners) can suggest some durable (none of that full neoprene-stocking stuff) sleeves that fit my notebook. I've got no price budget, as long as it's not anything too luxurious. My notebook's dimensions according to NBR are 14.06" x 10.34" x 0.93" - 1.38".

Here are the sleeves I'm considering as of now:
    Razer Laptop Sleeve 15"
-This looks pretty durable with a weather-proof heavy duty 1680D ballistic nylon exterior and the design looks awesome. However, it's dimensions of 14.6" x 10.2" x 1.3" bother me. It's width is fine, but height comes short of 1 inch, and the depth comes short of 0.8". Not sure if my notebook would fit.

    Razer Laptop Sleeve 17"
-Apparently, this is for a 17" notebook and its dimensions of 16.1" x 11.8" x 1.3" may be too big for my notebook. I wouldn't want a sleeve that's too loose-fit.

    Crumpler School Hymn 15"
-This has also garnered great reviews for quality and durability at the expense of being more expensive. However, the sizing on the Crumpler site states dimensions of 15.5 x 10.6 x 1.9. It could be quite loose for my notebook. Also, I'm quite confused as many review and shopping sites says that this particular model is specifically design for Macbooks.

    ZeroShock Notebook Case
-Based on reviews I've read, this is definitely superior to most sleeves in terms of the material used to protect your notebook. The closest size to my notebook would be 37-27 which translates to having an interior capacity of 14.7 x 10.8 inches. A tad loose in height, but should be just right for width.

Thanks for any comments and suggestions. Appreciate it...

I have both the crumpler school hymn and the zeroshock, so I can give my impression of those.

First, the zeroshock. Very nice sleeve. Decent protection, looks nice. Pocket VERY limited for space and the zipper pull eventually broke. But, best I had used up until I got the crumpler.

The Crumpler sleeve is better quality. It also provides greater protection. I have the latest generation (not the leather-like version, but the pebbled surface/basketball texture version for the new macbook pro). I have an HP Envy 15" in it. The envy 15 width makes it about as tight as I would want it and still be confident it closes properly.

The envy 15 measures 14.96" (W) x 9.60" (D) x 1.04" (H). My opinion is anything over 14" up to just a hair under 15" would fit without sliding around. Since it intended for the macbook pro, it is not very deep, so even pretty thin laptops will not be loose at the top and bottom.

The internal edge padding and external edge reinforcements are well done. Here's some pics of mine:

Thanks for the suggestions mobilekrispy. I actually came across a new sleeve, the Zeroshock IV. I read on many forums and reviews that the Zeroshock III's zippers tend to break easily. The IV looks more durable and has a cooler design.
