its been about 3 1/2 months since i bought this about 25$ headset. Now i don't get any sound from my right side. Even when i wiggle the wire i don't get anything. Does this mean i have to buy a new one?

Pretty much, unless you're handy with a soldering iron.

nah i ll just buy one
but someday i would like to learn how to solder. im only in middle school right now.. what do you need to solder
-
It's worth it, the same thing happened to my pair a few months back and I salvaged $80 by re-soldering the leads in the in-line volume control.
All you need is a 15-watt soldering iron and some lead-free solder which you can find for <$20 at your local hobby electronics shop. There are ton's of soldering tuts on the web, here's the one I used to learn in <10 min personally:

^ I second that video.
But to be honest, I wouldn't waste the time and effort on a pair of $25 headphones. It's the saying you get what you pay for.
Now if it was like, $50+? Oh you bet.
Did they come with a warranty? -
Well you just told him it's not worth it, and it's not. Consider them disposable.
No sound coming out of my right side of the headset
