its been about 3 1/2 months since i bought this about 25$ headset. Now i don't get any sound from my right side. Even when i wiggle the wire i don't get anything. Does this mean i have to buy a new one?

Pretty much, unless you're handy with a soldering iron.

It's worth it, the same thing happened to my pair a few months back and I salvaged $80 by re-soldering the leads in the in-line volume control.

All you need is a 15-watt soldering iron and some lead-free solder which you can find for <$20 at your local hobby electronics shop. There are ton's of soldering tuts on the web, here's the one I used to learn in <10 min personally:
    <param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/I_NU2ruzyc4&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/I_NU2ruzyc4&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width='425' height="344"></embed>

    ^ I second that video.

But to be honest, I wouldn't waste the time and effort on a pair of $25 headphones. It's the saying you get what you pay for.

Now if it was like, $50+? Oh you bet.

Did they come with a warranty?

Well you just told him it's not worth it, and it's not. Consider them disposable.
