Finally my N52 (not te) has given up out of use. I was thinking on moving toward a G13, but i grown used to the analog pad, i the logical move is toward the N52te, but i cant find it in stock on any of the big online stores, like its in backorder for more than a month now.... so just wondering if anyone know if maybe belkin is discontinuing it or releasing a new version?

No news of any new gamepad from Belkin. You could try eBay instead.

Thanks for the replies, im starting to steer toward the G13 just out of availability.... i didn't want to out of losing the analog pad of the N52... but i also have gone thru 6 N52 over 5 years, maybe its sign or time for a change. I feel that im gona regret it though, i really like the analog pad, losing that will make me have to adjust to new combos that will take time to feel the same... but i guess ill give a shot.

I've used the G13 before...it's huge. You'll have to get used to taking your hand off of the rest to hit some of the outlying keys, and it doesn't have a spacebar-type key like the N52/N52TE does. However, it's nice if you need more than the 15 keys the N52 has. I mostly play FPS games, so I don't need a ridiculous number of keys. I imagine the G13 is slightly better suited to RPG/RTS games which often have many commands to bind.

    Just my two cents. :)

Thanks for all the replies, I finally gave up for now on n52 and went the G13

I see what you mean, its totally different although has a similar concept, but its much bigger as you said... somehow i still find it fine in size. The keys feel much better though, at least from the original nostromo n52, not sure if they gona last much but overall seems a better build than belkins. Its gonna take a long time to adjust to more keys and semi different layout, but overall im pleased, no regrets yet, only time will tell.

One thing i though wouldnt be that great was the lcd, but to my benefit i like it a lot, doing things like i can display hwmonitor pro temps there, cpu usage... maybe ill see if sc2 will fully load my c2d, memory usage etc. Vent... with all the recuiting sometimes voices are similar and hard to address or respond to people that you dont know yet, so the names there is a nice touch.

The only 2 thngs that i can complain is the price, i think it should be a $50 or around there. And the stick, i would like more a analog pad like the nostromo.

Glad you enjoy your purchase! :)

My old G15 keyboard had the LCD...I never got much use out of it though. I'm sure you'll enjoy the multi-color backlighting though. :D

I guess i play too much or i press to hard, but i always wear down some keys in less than a year, in 2 years they just become not as responsive, at least that my expirience with 5 nostromos n52 (orginal version).
