Does anyone know if I can buy a notebook with spanish keyboard on US Websites??

I want the HP DV1000 that is not released yet for Latin America and due to taxes and other stuff this machine will be around US 2000.00.

even though English is not the official language of the U.S. (it doesn't have one) and Spanish is the 2nd most used language in this country I don't know of any manufacturer in the U.S. that sells a laptop that uses a Spanish language configured keyboard within this country's borders. I'm afraid you'd just have to wait for the official Latin American release of this notebook [ :(]
