I have a T60 14.1 inch with a 9-cell battery and have been looking for a good quality sleeve for ages for my laptop which goes into a backpack. Need some kind of foam, such as the ones that sumdex and shinza use. As well as maybe a strap add on. I am debating between the two and I'm wondering if I should buy a perfect fit from SFbags (which is unholy expensive at 78 USD), or a semi perfect fit, since the 9-cell battery makes it hard to fit into most 14.1 bags.

    Dimensions of a T60 with 9-cell
    (W x H x D) 12.2 x 1.2 x 10.9

The Shinza ZeroShock 14ich specs are this, think i can squeeze it in? Also, those that have a Zeroshock bag, how thick is the foam? I heard the sumdex is only about 1/8th an inch
    Interior (W x D x H): 13.0 x 1.8 x 10.8 inches (330 x 45 x 275 mm)

I believe that the Tom Bihn's Brain Cell bags are your best bet!!! They cost 50bux and are hand made up in Seattle. Yes they have straps and sleeves for papers and stuff. Let me know if you get one!

mmm the tom bihn bags are nice but none of their stuff actually fits my laptop properly =/

i like the look of the booqbag, its quite sexy, but can you add straps to that?

Did you ever settle on a good sleeve for your t60p? I have one with a nine cell also and with the Verizon WWAN antenna on the side of the LCD...Just wanted to get something that would fit it good.

If anyone else has any input that'd be great too.

    Thanks
