    That's just the Zalman ZM-NC1000 laptop cooler. Its not a Rock-branded one, so no bias I think ;)

    I found the manufacturers site and its is 1100-1500rpm. You may also consider the Vantec LapCool 2 which is 1800-2600rpm and at the same price point in the UK, should you *think* you need more gumpth *, though it isn't as well constructed

    *I say that as I have a Lapcool 3 which is 1500rpm constant and only shaves 2-3*c off, which may or may not be value to money for you. Maybe you would get slightly better results with a faster pad, though it will be louder
