Just ordered a W3J and now I need something to secure it. After reading the kensington lock review on the frontpage, it seems that maybe some locks will fit some notebooks better than others. Is there a recommeded lock for the Asus W3J?

If the Asus W3J has a "Kensington Lock Slot" or whatever it's called, all locks designed for the Kensington slot should fit.

I purchased the Targus Defcon CL Ultra Max, which claims to be twice as strong as most other cable locks. It also claims 4,000 lbs. breaking point.

If you saw the cable, it certainly *seems* pretty strong, although I guess with bolt cutters and time, someone can cut through anything.

I personally don't get a secure feeling wtih the cable locks with alarms on them. The cable is VERY weak, and if a theif simply drops the alarm into water, it's going to turn off. Just my opinion....
