    Good price on this but...

    Not true at all. I bought U3 fans for about $10 with free shipping from CM Store. Someone here found them, & linked it but I couldn't find that again. I'm goin to have to dig through my receipts & purchase history & report back.

    I picked up the u3 last month from newegg for $19.99 too. :)

    Good deal, but its giant. Way too big for <17" laptops.

    Also, addition 3-fan replacements can be bought for $10. :)

    I bought one of these. It is really quiet. The best feature about it is that a Dell e port replicator can be affixed to it by replacing some of the existing screws in the bottom of the replicator with longer ones. The holes for ventilation in the pad line up with ones in the replicator. In makes it really easyto use the dock with a cooler.
