    Does anyone have these glasses or the kit it comes with? I'm try to figure out why these are better than the standard 3D glasses. TIA!

    Edit: From what I see it looks like the glasses are active versus the normal passive red and blue glasses. Supposed to be better for long term use. hmmmm.....

    They work by cutting of the vision to one eye, at the same rate it changes views.

    The colored glasses always leave a bit of color shift. With the active glasses, you can get better color, but the image needs to be brighter (since even the open lenses blocks some light) and you need a 120 Hz refresh rate to get 60 Hz for each eye. I've been impressed with the demos I have seen.

    I got a chance to test out the NVIDIA stuff at CES. Pretttyyy slick ;) :cool:

    this technology is much better suited for PC gaming.

    it will be more gimickey for televisions and game consoles for a few more years.
