So i get my laptop and the stickers are completely crooked so I decided to remove them and purchase my own stickers so I can position them how I want. Where in the United States only can I get the laptop stickers like Vista,Centrino 2,etc? Thanks.

There are several sellers on eBay that have these stickers. They are usually located in China, but will ship you three or four of these stickers for $3 with free shipping to the United States.

Why though? One of the first things I did when I got my laptop was pull those bad boys off. Unless your touting some sick specs sticker or some top notch video card, those stickers are worthless. It's llike having a sticker on your car that says tinted windows. That's great, but why are you telling us?

Do you still have the stickers you removed? At least for me, they stuck perfectly well to other surfaces even after I removed them carefully.

Although Oxyflo does make a good point.

Just don't go overboard that your laptop ends up looking like a Chevy Monte Carlo decked in sponsors.

better if u remove the stickers because if u keep ur laptop for 1-2 yrs once u finally decide to remove the stickers u will notice that the paint color under the stickers doesnt match your original color of the palmrest just the truth happened to me... =)

    Very true

I had a feeling that my right palm rest had changed color cuz that is always where my wrist is when I game, which I have done a lot of in the 10 months I've had mine :D :D

I recently took off and audio sticker and the color was off
Now there is a square that doesnt match :(

Im no show-off, but I keep mine on so if someone ask me what my laptop has, I can easily look it up (or down, considering its on the palm rest)

The only sticker I keep on is the processor sticker, and only if it's very close to the edge. If not, they all come off.

    Same... any enthusiast should.

hey man bookmarking isnt for faint-minded, its for easier access. boomarking is a must for me, makes finding stuff so much easier using FF3.5's smart address bar (type G51 and it shows up the newegg link).
